According to the results of a study of the Russian IT services market conducted by IDC last year, FORS Group ranked first among the providers of software installation and support services (Total Supply-Side Revenue on the Software Deployment and Support Foundation Market in Russia, 2020). FORS has been among the leaders in this area for several years running.

It ranks fifth in terms of revenue generated from sales to the public administration sector (Total Supply-Side Revenue in the Government Market in Russia, 2020).

In custom software design, FORS Group is in the TOP 10, ranking 8th (Total Supply-Side Revenue on the Custom Application Development Foundation Market in Russia, 2020).

By the end of 2020, technical support and maintenance accounts for 78% among all the services FORS offers, and for 45% of the Group's total sales. It grew by 14% compared to last year. FORS provides services of tis kind to more than 200 companies.
