FORS creates a business-process model based on Casewise for Comstar-OTS
FORS announces completion of a consulting project on migration to advanced business process modeling tools based on Casewise Corporate Modeler Suite at one of the leading Russian telecommunications providers Comstar - OTS (LSE: CMST). The business process model created by FORS team fully complies with the globally accepted eTOM standard.
It has provided an excellent foundation to accelerate the customer’s modeling, analysis and documentation initiatives aimed at the optimization of all areas of its activities.
Apart from the consulting services, FORS also provided 5 Casewise Corporate Modeler Suite licenses and one server license. The project was launched in September 2009 and completed in 4 months.
